StayUpon Hospitality Group may collect the following categories of personal data:
1. Customer identification data - full or abbreviated name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, reservation details - when you make a reservation at one of StayUpon Hospitality Group Unit's;
2. Credit card data - cardholder's name, type of card, card number, its validity and security code - when you pay by credit card;
3. Customer data for newsletter subscription - name, e-mail address and country - when you subscribe to our newsletter;
4. User data for contact - name, e-mail, telephone number, type of question and message - when you ask to be contacted."
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Reservation management and collection and payment management - in order to process your reservation at the hotel of your choice;
2. Marketing and direct marketing - to inform you about news and offers that may be of interest to you;
3. Customer management - to respond to your request for contact.
For the purposes of managing reservations and billing and payments, we keep your personal data for a period of 2 years from the last reservation, except for data relating to payments which are kept for a period of 10 years under the terms of the CIVA.

For marketing and direct marketing purposes, we keep your personal data for as long as you consent to its processing.

For customer management (contact) purposes, we keep your personal data for a period of 2 years after the last contact.

Once the maximum retention period has been reached or your consent has been withdrawn, your personal data will be anonymized or securely destroyed/deleted.
