Everything Ready for Your Pet's Comfort

At Casas da Baixa, your pets are welcome at the Vila Intendente and Lighthouse Apartments buildings, ensuring a peaceful and convenient stay for both of you. Upon entering the room, your pet will immediately feel at home. We have everything ready to welcome them:

Food and water bowls, always available;
Cosy beds, so your pet can rest in the same comfort;
A welcome biscuit, because even our four-legged friends deserve a special treat;

A Hassle-Free Pet Friendly Experience

In our philosophy, looking after pets is just as important as looking after their owners. That's why we've come up with a few simple rules to make sure your stay is enjoyable for everyone:

Daily fee: €25.00 per animal (up to 25kg);
Security deposit: €200, pre-authorised by credit card at check-in;
Documentation: at check-in, the owner must present an up-to-date vaccination certificate and the animal's registration, to ensure everyone's safety;
Term of responsibility: signature of a term of responsibility;

While you explore the city or relax in the comfort of Casas da Baixa, know that your pet will always be treated with the same care that we give to all our guests. And should there be any need during your stay, we have a number of partnerships with vets on call, so you'll always have quality assistance at hand.
